    Note that although the official title of the sabbatical/post-doc position is "Visiting Lecturer," the focus is on research and collaboration with TCU faculty. It is not intended as a traditional lecturer or instructor position.

    VISITING LECTURER IN MANAGEMENT

    Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, or Strategy

    Neeley School of Business, Texas Christian University

     

    Texas Christian University invites applications and nominations for the position of Visiting Lecturer in Management in the Neeley School of Business beginning January 2016. This is a one-semester only, non-tenure track appointment.

     

    Description

    We are seeking an established or junior scholar with significant research accomplishments, or the potential to conduct excellent scholarly research, in one of the following areas: organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, or strategy. Candidates will be expected to engage in ongoing research projects and to collaborate with our faculty. This appointment is ideal for individuals who are seeking an academic affiliation during sabbatical, interested in pursuing a post-doc in a research-active department, or desire a short-term affiliation in close proximity to the rich research possibilities available in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Although this position is research-oriented, teaching opportunities are negotiable-dependent upon our needs and the candidate's interest and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

    Requirements

    Candidates for the position should possess (or expect completion by January 2016) an earned doctorate in management or a closely related discipline with an emphasis in organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, leadership, or strategy.
