Dear colleague,
Some key things to highlight is that we welcome abstracts based on full papers that contribute to the understanding of open innovation, and which as such have a clear academic and/or managerial relevance. The latter is especially important when you want to be considered for possible invitation to submit to the dedicated special issue in California Management Review with some of the papers presented at the 2nd WOIC. You will be able to indicate this information within the submission system together with whether you are eligible for the best student paper and best emerging scholar paper award. Also important to note is that the word limit for the extended abstract is 1,500-3,000 words, which is all inclusive (main text, tables, figures, references, etc).
I hope this message provides some final information for those considering to submit to the 2nd WOIC, and we are looking forward to handling your submissions.
Best,
Marcel
