Assistant/Associate Professor of Management

Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, an AACSB accredited Jesuit/Catholic University, invites applications for a tenure track position in Management at the Assistant/Associate Professor rank in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship beginning in the Fall of 2016. The position entails teaching at the undergraduate and MBA levels in the field of Management, with preference given to those who have a secondary field of Project Management or Business Communications (other areas, commensurate with our department domains, will be considered). With close ties to Cincinnati's business community, our Department provides education, training, and real-life business experiences to undergraduate, MBA and Executive MBA students.

Xavier faculty are expected to be excellent and innovative teachers and active scholars engaging in individual and collaborative research activity leading to publication in quality outlets: so we are looking for candidates with demonstrated accomplishments

and/or strong potential in both teaching and scholarship, as also contributors to university life. Candidates must hold a PhD degree in Management or a closely related field, or

have the firm expectation of completing their PhD prior to the start of the Fall 2016 semester. The ideal candidate will also have practical business experience. Salary will be competitive.
