    We invite doctoral students to apply for the doctoral consortium in conjunction with the 13th annual West Coast Research Symposium.  Students should submit their applications here: http://faculty.bschool.washington.edu/skotha/wcrs/doctorialconsortium.html

    Note that all applications must be received by midnight, June 21 (PST). 

    The consortium is sponsored by the Kauffman Foundation.  Accepted students will receive a travel stipend and will be invited to participate in the main conference.  The consortium will be on September 9th, and the main conference on September 10 & 11, at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
