At Western Washington University (WWU) the undergraduate Business and Sustainability major capstone course is Greening Business. In this course students conduct a service learning project by connecting with a local business or non-profit and negotiating between the students and the business representative a sustainability issue to explore. To ensure the businesses had a positive experience and address any concerns we are looking to survey the project clients after the term is over to understand how they felt about their interaction experience with the students and WWU. Other then the obvious question, we are looking for any surveys, questionnaires, interview questions, etc. that have been created or researched in understanding client interaction on student projects. We are also open to any thoughts you may have. Feel free to forward this email on to anyone you can think of that could help us out. Thanks
