    Colleagues,

    Yesterday you received an offer of a free copy of Startup Opportunities: Know When To Quit Your Day Job. Which is a suitable text for an introduction to ENT course or for a course in startup opportunity evaluation.  Some peers had issues with the Google form and were unable to order their free copy.
