    SAVE THE DATE! Live interaction with Saras Sarasvathy!

     

    Colleagues,

     

    Your voices have been heard!

     

    Based on your input and feedback, the Communications Committee of the Entrepreneurship Division is developing virtual get-togethers between annual meetings. These events serve as a platform for discussion and presentation of theoretical, practical, and pedagogical issues within the field.

     

    We are pleased to invite you to participate in the inaugural session where leading entrepreneurship scholar Saras Sarasvathy will answer your questions about Effectuation, research methods and design, future research trends in entrepreneurship, and other entrepreneurship related topics.

     

    Clay Dibrell will host the April 30th event and is eager to relay your questions to Saras. Submit your questions via email to David Marshall dmarshall@bus.olemiss.edu by Tuesday April 28th. You will also have the opportunity to interact with Saras throughout the session via Twitter.

     

    Please mark your calendars now: Thursday April 30th at 12:30pm (Eastern Standard Time; New York time).

    ENTREP folks - this is going to rock! Seriously. 

    And it is only the first of more webinars on how to do great research! Saras is willing to share the special sauce behind doing great research - don't miss that!

    AND.... we want to do more! More webinars, even a MOOC perhaps, depending on the topic. We'll do a more formal survey but please, please be thinking what excites you...

    We want to start with how to do A++ research...
    and we already have volunteers to talk about the A++ programs like Chalmers, et al. that are way out on the bleeding edge (also a potential MOOC)
    and also near & ear to my heart - I will be putting together a webinar series and MOOC on building entrepreneurial ecosystems/startpucommunities!

    So be looking for a survey AND sign up for the inaugural AoM ENT Div webinar on Badass Research!
