Looking for teaching case

    I am looking for suggestions on a teaching case meeting the following criteria. I look forward to your suggestions. I will summarize feedback for the list.

     

    -Course: A preparatory course for non-business school undergraduate students (primarily sophomores) pursuing a minor in entrepreneurship.

     

    -Type of firm: small, young (entrepreneurial)

     

    -Topics case will be used to illustrate, apply & discuss: basics of business strategy: external analysis (i.e., 5 forces, general environment), competitive positioning (generic strategy), internal analysis
