    Friends and Colleagues,

     

    I hope that this email finds you well. I wanted to let you know about a job posting in our department. The Eller College of Management found some slack in the budget and gave our department the green light to hire this semester. Given this timing, we are interested in moving fairly quickly on candidates with either micro or macro interests for the position of Assistant or Associate Professor. This would include individuals at a variety of stages in their career including newly minted Ph.D.s, current faculty members, tenured faculty, and post-docs.

     

    I thought you might know of someone in your network that was under placed and looking for a change. The attached document includes information regarding the position and our department, as well as the specifics on applying using the online HR system. Please feel free to forward this to anyone that you might think is interested. The tentative date for our committee to start reviewing application materials is March 1st, 2015, so please ask interested parties to indicate their interest ASAP.
