    ·         How do organizational routines contribute to the sensing of new opportunities?

    ·         How do firms build new capabilities that are too potentially valuable or complex to acquire?

    ·         How do leaders overcome resistance to the changes necessary to seize new opportunities?

    ·         How have certain routines contributed positively to the ability of firms to survive shifts in their business environment?
