The 3rd DREAMT-CYFE Entrepreneurship Doctoral Workshop is an opportunity for advanced PhD students and young scholars to present their research and discuss it with colleagues and academics from international and Italian universities. In addition to facilitating intellectual exchange, this program supports the development of a global network of young researchers interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, international entrepreneurship and family business. Participants will obtain insights on the writing of publishable journal papers, selection of research methods, as well as feedback on their own research ideas.

Target group and eligibility
The target group of the workshop is PhD students and young scholars who aim at a continued academic career in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and international entrepreneurship. In particular, the workshop is open to PhD students who have already completed a substantial part of their dissertation project.
Application and selection process
Applicants are requested to email a CV and an extended essay (max. 4,000 words) or full paper (paper should not exceed 30 pages including figures and bibliography – please use Times Roman 12 font and 2 lines spacing) – for distribution to discussants and workshop participants. Email to mara.brumana@unibg.it.
Powerpoint presentations for the tutorial should consist of a maximum of 10 slides for a 15 minutes presentation.
Selection criteria
Participants will be selected on the basis of the following criteria:
Relevance of the research issues addressed
Theoretical/methodological novelty
Clarity of essay
Potential contribution
Workshop format
All participants present a research study during the workshop. Each participant is assigned a slot of 45 minutes: 15 minutes for presentation followed by 20 minutes for feedback from two discussants and 10 minutes for open discussion.
In order to be able to contribute fully to the discussions and help their fellows' research, participants are encouraged to prepare by reading all essays and full papers prior to the workshop. Essays and papers are distributed electronically no later than Mid April.
PhD student's presentations will alternate with keynote speeches (45 minutes each including Q&As).
All accepted papers will be published on the Workshop Proceedings.
Program and fees
The workshop starts at 9:30 a.m. on May 12th and ends at 5:30 p.m. on May 13th. Subscription fee is of 120€ and includes papers and handouts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner. Sponsorship and awards for DREAMT and non-DREAMT participants will be notified and disclosed subsequently.
