Georgia Southern University's Business Innovation Group (BIG), headquartered at the Georgia Southern University City Campus, was founded in 2014 when the Small Business Development Center, Bureau of Business Research and Economic Development, and Center for Entrepreneurial Learning and Leadership agreed to work together to leverage resources and maximize the impact their programs have on the economic vitality of the region.
