Professor in Entrepreneurship at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières
The Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) is seeking a professor (tenure-track) in Entrepreneurship and SME management. The working language is French and candidates should be able to teach in this language. Professors are expected to teach no more than 4 courses a year, with up to 3 course liberations for researchers actives in publication.
UQTR main campus is located at Trois-Rivières (150 000 inhabitants) where excellent quality of life is found (no traffic, lot of nature, good restaurants, cheap housing, etc.). The University has more than 14 000 students. The department of administration has students in bachelor (with amongst other a minor in Entrepreneurship), MBA (with a specialization in SMEs Management) and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA). UQTR hosts the Research Institute on SMEs, that groups more than 15 regular researchers in the thematic of entrepreneurship and SMEs, along with more than 30 associates, research professionals, post-doctorates and doctorates in the research field.
Interested candidates should have a Ph.D. or a DBA in administrative sciences, management, or equivalent, with a specialization in entrepreneurship or business creation, with a good publication track record. The application must be submitted before 2015, January 15th, 5 pm.
