Sabanci University School of Management invites applications for a full-time position in Strategy for the 2015-2016 academic year. Candidates should have an existing track record of publishing in top-tier journals or a clear demonstration of the ability to do so, and a Ph.D. in Strategy or a related discipline or field of study. Although research in any area of strategy is welcome, a teaching or research focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation will be given priority. Candidates who have a strong background in research methods and a desire to work with doctoral students are preferred. Additional expertise in Organization Theory, International Management or a related field will be considered favorably.
Teaching will include both undergraduate and graduate courses in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. We are particularly interested in individuals who are strong organizational citizens and who are interested in being an active member of a rich academic community.

The Organization Studies group (including members in Strategy) within the School has a strong research orientation with a solid publication record in major academic journals such as Management Science, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Studies, and Journal of Applied Psychology.
