The A. B. Freeman School of Business is seeking applicants for two tenure-track faculty positions and one tenured faculty position in management beginning July 1, 2015. We seek applicants for:
Associate or Full Professor in Management: For this position, we are interested in candidates with excellent research records and experience in program leadership. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates with research interests and strong publication records in strategy, innovation management, or entrepreneurship. Candidates also must have strong teaching skills at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates for this position should hold a Ph.D. in management. A named professorship or chair is potentially available for an appointment at the full professor level. Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Strategy: For this position, we are interested in a candidate who demonstrates strong potential to publish in top management/strategy journals and deliver high quality teaching. Preference will be given to applicants with research and teaching interests in strategy (corporate strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship). Candidates for this position should hold a Ph.D. in management or strategy. Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Management: For this position, we are seeking a candidate from any area of management who demonstrates strong potential to publish in top management journals and deliver high quality teaching. We are particularly interested in applications from candidates who have research and teaching interests in innovation/creativity or entrepreneurship. Candidates for this position should hold a Ph.D. in management, strategy, organizational behavior or a related discipline.
