For an appointment at the assistant professor level, candidates must have, or be close to completing, a PhD in an appropriate field, with demonstrated potential to publish top-level research and achieve teaching excellence in areas strongly related to business strategy; appointment in the latter case will be contingent upon the completion of the PhD by an agreed-upon date. Success in obtaining research grants and scholarly activities will also be considered. For a higher-level appointment, we require a reputation for making high quality contributions to top tier journals and clear evidence of teaching excellence in business strategy. Proficiency in English is required.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and is competitive with similar research-focused business schools in North America.
Appointments are normally effective July 1st, although a start date of January 1st could be considered.
