    Dear Colleagues

I call your attention to an AOM session on: Social Entrepreneurship in Latin America: Opportunities for Research and Theorizing.

The distinctive combination of history, culture, societal structures, political institutions and revolutions that characterizes Latin America is instrumental for novel thinking and understanding in the emerging field of social entrepreneurship. We have assembled a panel of experienced scholars who will revisit Latin America as a distinct context and source of social enterprises, and discuss about the opportunities this context opens up for social entrepreneurship researchers and the broader community of entrepreneurship scholars.
