PhD position in Innovation management Entrepreneurship

    The organisation

The Faculté de Sciences Economiques et de Gestion (FSEG) is a faculty of the Catholic University of Lille, a private higher education and research association. With a view to further developing its Research Centre on Human Capital (CRCH, member of the Laboratoire Lille - Economie – Management (LEM), UMR 8179 CNRS), FSEG is recruiting a PhD student. This post is co-financed by Lille Métropole for 3 years.

    Research

New innovation processes raise many questions, both in the conduct of these projects, their tools and methods, or their support: what is the optimal "mix" of participants in part of a co- elaborative project? what is the role played by their training, experience or skills ( human capital ) ? How to manage or prevent the emergence of free riders in these processes ? What are the right incentives for this purpose? What is the role played by risk and , more importantly, the uncertainty in the dynamics of innovation? Can we establish a typology of projects? The dissertation will discuss the variety of innovation projects and their management and bring new looks and crossing open fields related to innovation management, strategy, economics or science education.
