I recall at the 2006 AOM meeting an economist, I think at Cal Tech who developed a cell phone ap for use with surveys. I am potentially interested in learning about such tools that may be available for use in low bandwidth cell phone environments. Does anyone recall the individual involved? It was in a lunch presentation about publishing in top tier journals particular the journal of the Am. Psy. Asoc.
