    Dear Entrepreneurship Educator,

     

    We would like to invite you to the 11th edition of the European Entrepreneurship Colloquium (EEC) organized by EFER (European Foundation for Entrepreneurship Research).

     

    The European Entrepreneurship Colloquium (EEC) is an intensive one-week residential programme, specifically designed for European professors and educators seeking to integrate more effective, appropriate and interactive approaches in teaching entrepreneurship. To date, 500 academics from 200 institutions in 46 countries across Europe have attended this unique programme. We are expecting approximately 60 educators from across Europe, including West, East/Central, and South East Europe, and Russia.

     

    This year´s EEC programme which will take place from July 6-12, 2014 at the new Vlerick Business School campus in Brussels, Belgium. We will focus on teaching different facets of entrepreneurship including entrepreneurial buy-ins/buy-outs, high growth start-ups, academic entrepreneurship, family entrepreneurship and social enterprises. There will be a special focus on action-oriented learning approaches including design thinking and approaches used by accelerators.

     

    Our faculty participants come from business schools as well as from technical universities, design schools and other disciplines. Our teaching faculty includes professors from leading European and American universities, such as INSEAD, ESMT Berlin, ESSEC, IE, University of Cambridge, Imperial College Business School, KU Leuven, Vlerick Business School, Technical University Munich, Harvard Business School and MIT.
