We are currently collecting data for a meta-analysis project. We are looking
for published and unpublished empirical studies that examine the impact of
entrepreneurs' and/or owner/managers' personality traits (e.g., risk
propemsity, locus of control, achievement motivation etc.)on firms'
entrepreneurial orientation, innovativeness, and performance.
In particular, we would be grateful if you could provide us with your
unpublished manuscripts, in press articles, conference presentations,
dissertations, and work in progress studies, including those in languages
other than English.
All studies that are included in the meta-analysis will be cited accordingly
and your support will be acknowledged.
