    Dear all,

I would like to put together a workshop on how to put together founding teams (incl what some of the common bottlenecks are, how to split equity, etc). Does anyone have any tips concerning where to look for input? Also, someone referred me to bosi dna (bosidna.com) - anybody have experience with this? Is it valid?

    All help is much appreciated.

    Kind regards,

    Veroniek

Veroniek - meet Joe of BOSI. (Joe - Veroniek is one of our brightest young minds in entrepreneurship AND she speaks fluent "entrepreneur"!)

He was validated it but would welcome a more hard-core academic validation study. (I am personally very interested in that... you want in?)

    Hi Drs V and K

Here's a link to a talk I did on co-founder matching for Founder Institute's big annual event in Mountain View. http://fi.co/posts/2061
It will give you an idea of how we approach/teach it. You're welcome to use part or all of the content. I'm glad to provide the slides etc.

Keep in mind, my work is practitioner research not academic research - so it hasn't undergone academic scrutiny - and would probably fail. However, entrepreneurs globally love it because it works :-)

Cofounderslab.com has also integrated our assessment into their platform - and is getting great press on the results. That may be another tool you consider in the toolbox of resources for finding cofounders.

Glad to connect for a chat/follow up if interested.

    Keep it entrepreneurial!
