    Dear colleagues,

    For me, it is a great pleasure to work with you to change the world in how our young people view and learn about innovation and entrepreneurship. Changing caterpillars into butterflies is what we are doing, and I look forward to continue to do this with you once again this year. 

    When do you prepare your Spring syllabus for Entrepreneurship? I assume quite soon.

    To this end, I want to give you a short update on Traction. Since we last spoke, we have implemented a number of useful updates in the Traction package:

    1. An Instructor's Quick Start video and updated Instructor's Manual
    2. Updated grading metrics, so that you can view, monitor, and assess student performance on a separate screen
    3. A Power-point presentation, so that you can easily introduce Traction to your class
    4. A Student Hints video and updated Student User Manual
    5. A separate, new Leadership Board

    I hope that you are still interested in trying Traction and I would
    like to send you a User Name and Password so that you can evaluate Traction and subsequently start rolling in class!

    What can I do to help you, and your students' learning experience be even better?
