The below grant program by the Australian Research Council is currently open for international (and Australian) applicants.
If the following applies to you, you should consider this opportunity to become an ARC Future Fellow located at the Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship Research:
- You are a "mid career" researcher (i.e., more than 5 years from PhD)
- You have a strong research track record in entrepreneurship
- You would appreciate having four years of full-time (85-100 %) research
- You would appreciate spending those four years in one of the world's most liveable cities
- You would appreciate spending those four years in a strong entrepreneurship research environment at a triple accredited university with great colleagues and strong institutional support.
Depending on where you are now, you may not be impressed by the salary levels indicated in the application materials. For the right person, the host institution will make a serious effort to overcome that problem.

Proposals are now open in RMS for Future Fellowships for funding commencing in 2014. Please visit the Future Fellowships Webpage (http://arc.gov.au/ncgp/futurefel/future_default.htm) for further information, include Funding Agreement, Funding Rules and Instructions to Applicants.
Applicants please note: if you are interested in applying to this Scheme you must discuss with the proposed host Head of School (or equivalent) and Assistant Dean Research/Institute Director in the first instance and obtain approval to apply.
(Internal) deadline: 9:00am - Monday 18 November 2013: Final submission of online application on RMS to the Office of Research (no hard copy required of proposal)
