FACULTY POSITIONS IN MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

ESPAE Graduate School of Management at ESPOL (Guayaquil-Ecuador) seeks applicants for an open rank faculty position, for appointment in the areas of Management/Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Finance, Marketing, Project Management and Entrepreneurship/Innovation. Responsibilities include teaching, scholarly research, and service on School committees and /or institutional development projects.
Applicants should possess the abilities to teach graduate and executive courses in PMBA, EMBA and Specialized Master Programs such as Master in Project Management, Master in Hospital Management, and or Agribusiness; the teaching load is four courses a year for graduate or executive audiences. Candidates must have a doctorate (Ph. D) in Management, OB, OT, I/O Psychology, Applied Economics, Project Management, Entrepreneurship or related field, or a DBA, and must be fluent in English and Spanish (most of the teaching is in Spanish). Specific research emphases for this position are open; the applicant should demonstrate scholarly research experience through recent publications. Applied experience is desirable.
