Co-citation analysis can be very illuminating, eh?
p.s. Of course, non-entrep journals need not be bad? I remember finding a whole bunch of education journal cites for Ron Mitchell's work on scripts. (And I've been reviewing articles on entrepreneurial intentions that ought to get cited by psychology journals ;)

I'm interested in citation patterns; for example a 2008 article in FBR. So I looked at the highly cited articles in the recent issues of International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal. Are they coming mainly from other entrepreneurship journals, for example? Which disciplines? If you look at this - you can just enter the journal name and years (2010 and 2011) in Google Scholar and then click on the citations for the most cited articles - what you will find is curious. There are two other journals that account for very high percentages of the citations. These two journals are not entrepreneurship journals.
Another reason for my earlier point: don't take single data points as definitive.
