The School of Management at Binghamton University (State University of New York at Binghamton) seeks to fill a position at the assistant professor level in the area of strategic management, subject to budgetary approval, starting in the fall of 2014.
Research should primarily address issues related to business/corporate strategies at the national and global levels. Preference will be given to candidates with interests in the areas of international business and sustainable communities. The teaching component (2 + 2) requires delivering required/elective courses in International Business and Strategy at the undergraduate and master's program level.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must have a completed PhD by 9-1-14 in Strategic Management / International Management. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the sound training and the ability to publish in the top strategy journals, as well as the ability to deliver top-quality classroom teaching. The school supports quality research and teaching with a two-course/semester teaching load, summer stipends for the first three years, and minimal service requirements.
