Dear Colleagues,
Its time to start planning for SMAs 2013 Annual Meeting. An affiliate of
the Academy of management, SMA is an international association of management
scholars offering Southern hospitality, and I am writing to personally
invite you to submit a paper or symposium for consideration to be part of
our program!
The SMA meeting will take place November 5-9 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The
meeting will be held at the historical Hotel Monteleone. The hotel is at the
doorstep of the charming French Quarter, just steps from amazing
restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
How Can You Be Involved?
We need you to submit your manuscripts, symposia, and/or innovative session
ideas and volunteer to review. The quality of our program depends on the
involvement of SMA members! The deadline for submissions is April 10, 2013.
Dont let it pass you by.

It has been over a decade since SMA was in New Orleans, and it is the first
time we have had a French Quarter location. 2013 promises to be a great year
for SMA. As they say in New Orleans, Laissez Les Bons Temp Rouler Let the
