Bruce,
What kind of entrepreneurship course do you plan to teach? There are many different approaches that could be interesting, depending on your student body, local economic community and other courses available to the students.
For example, I do an entrepreneurship start to finish course, that goes through the process from idea to start up to growth to harvest. I teach this as a survey course. Ten years ago, I used Mastering Entrepreneurship by Birley and Muzyka, but it is no longer available. I have yet to find an appropriate textbook for this course, because they all seem to emphasize business plan development, which we teach in a different course. What I do now is use a collection of articles and cases, using my overall framework to define the course structure and learning objectives.
