The Department of Business Management and Administration at <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Bradley</st1:placename> <st1:placename w:st="on">University</st1:placename></st1:place> invites applications for a new tenure-track position with teaching and research responsibilities in entrepreneurship. This position supports Bradley's growing program in Entrepreneurship and includes teaching in the undergraduate program with course development and teaching in the MBA and EMBA programs. Teaching responsibilities include all areas of entrepreneurship with a secondary area in strategy preferred. A strong interest in research will complement excellence in teaching. A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Entrepreneurship or related field is preferred but will consider A.B.D. The position is Assistant Professor and will be available August 2007.
Bradley's Entrepreneurship program was ranked in the top ten in its category in 2005 by Entrepreneur magazine. The department offers a major in Entrepreneurship with six courses oriented toward entrepreneurship. The University hosts the endowed <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Turner</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Center</st1:placetype></st1:place> for Entrepreneurship, and this position complements a recently named Professor of Entrepreneurship. The <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Turner</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Center</st1:placetype></st1:place> provides outreach to new and existing businesses. Professors work with the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Turner</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Center</st1:placetype></st1:place> and develop strong ties to the community of entrepreneurs.
