    Hello,

My name is Tanya Pyke and I am a doctoral student at Walden University carrying out a quantitative analysis on the Impact of Health Care Benefits on Job Satisfaction. The study is designed to investigate the relationship and attitude of employees’ healthcare benefits offered by employers and the influence on an employee's level of job satisfaction. Data is collected in this online setting in order to gain an objective randomly selected perspective. An improved understanding of the influence of healthcare benefits importance on the day to day planning and decisions from the employee's perspective. If there is an impact on an employee’s workplace decision(s), to what extent does this occur. Data exists in literature on this topic in a minimal way and as a part of larger studies causing the importance to employee’s day to day decisions to be lost.

The point of the study is to continue to improve how healthcare benefits are designed along with support more conscientious decisions. Your perspective is important in this doctoral study and only a few minutes are needed in order to adequately complete the survey, please click on the link provided to take this short survey. The survey is posted in SurveyMonkey, a secure site and all information is confidential, anonymous, and used only for this investigation.

    Requirements:

    - 18 years and older

    - Full time employee (40 hours)

    - Employed in the private sector

    - Receive employer provided healthcare benefits

The survey typically does not take longer than 7 to 10 minutes. Each completed survey is key to the completion of this study.

Thank you in advance for your responses,

    Tanya Pyke
