    A reminder to everyone,  please send requests for copies of articles or other material directly to the person who posted the original message (the author of the paper in most cases) rather than  the list address.  THIS means that you should not automatically hit the reply button to the message you are responding to.   J  Be aware and check to see who your message is going to before pushing the send button.
