Individuals face many challenges when managing their academic careers because an academic career involves increasingly varied, and often competing, demands. This PDW is designed to help scholars identify successful strategies for the development of their academic careers. Leading scholars will share their experience and offer advice regarding a wide range of academic career issues. Each panelist will have 15 minutes (including some Q&A) and there will be 25 minutes for general Q&A and networking at the end of the session.
