  • 1.  Transcription of qualitative audio-recorded interviews

    Dear colleagues,

    Sorry for cross posting.
    I'm looking for an efficient method to transcribe qualitative interviews. Ideally, I'd be looking for a software that can transcribe different voices and languages from audio-recorded interviews. If you don't know any software, I would be thankful if you could share your techniques or recommendations for transcription services. 
    Of course, I'm happy to compile your answers and send it back to the list.

    Nuance is the leader in voice recognition software. I've used Way with Words in London to cost effectively turn audio files (in English) into printed transcripts. They may be able to do so with other languages. See www.waywithwords.eu.
