ASSISTANT PROFESSOR POSITION

The Department of Management & Technology at Bocconi University has multiple openings for full-time
tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level, starting in March or in September 2013.
We especially encourage applications of candidates in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Organization
and Management Theory, Strategy, and Technology and Innovation Management, but all areas of
management research and scholarship will be actively considered.
Senior applicants (mid to advanced Assistant Professor level) should have an established track record of
successful research and teaching, and junior candidates should demonstrate the capacity for exceptional
research achievement. In addition, applicants should possess the ability to teach effectively in
undergraduate, MBA, and PhD programs.
Compensation and research funding are internationally competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
Bocconi is a research university of international standing in business, economics, and law. Current members
