Bonjour Fabrice
You can trace some nice case studies for free from the inc magazine - http://www.inc.com/ - and I am sure that in France, as in other countries there are Business magazines, local newspapers, industry magazines or TV documentaries and series (Dragon's Den) where you can find some interesting cases.
Recently I came across this very interesting video from BBC http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFcCqkT4ATQ&feature=related
And an interview with the CEO of Shell on CE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnNBQpFhlmo
Please let me know whether you found any interesting cases as well. It would be great to share some resources.
All the best with your class
Best wishes
Marina

Dear Fabrice,
You may also want to check the oikos free case collection:
http://www.oikos-international.org/academic/case-collection/free-cases.html
At the moment only three of our cases are available as free cases but our free collection is growing.
You can also check inspection copies (and case purchase information) for other winning cases here:

Fabrice,
On my website, I have a small collection of OB cases, some short (1-3 pages), others longer. They're downloadable and available for use at no charge, so maybe you'll find something useful.
The link is: http://www.bolman.com/cases.htm .
Good luck with your module.

Dear Fabrice,
I am using for my Corporate Entrepreneurship UG class the textbook by Morris, Kuratko, and Covin "Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation", which contains useful short cases.
Sometimes, at www.ecch.com you can trace free cases (you need to sign up), which the publisher allow to print and distribute, such as "CISCO SYSTEMS: A NOVEL APPROACH TO STRUCTURING ENTREPRENEURIAL VENTURES" which is relevant for a CE class.
I am also using two papers, which are based on two cases, and which the students possibly could download:
- Morris, M.H., & Trotter, D.J. Institutionalizing entrepreneurship in a large company: A case study at AT&T. Industrial Marketing Management, 19: 131-139.
- Kuratko, D.F, Ireland, D.R., & Hornsby, J.S. Improving firm performance through entrepreneurial actions: Acordia's corporate entrepreneurship strategy, Academy of Management Executive, 15(4): 60-71.
Hope this helps –
...
Best wishes
Marina

Subject: AW: [ENTREP] short (free?) cases in Corporate Entrepreneurship?
Dear Fabrice,
I was extremely delighted when I saw your request as I have the same problem.
Unfortunately, I did not see any person answering to this request.
Maybe you got a lot of feedback, sources, ideas and comments which people sent directly to your email account.
I strongly hope that this is the case and I would very much appreciate if you share your new information and insights with me.
Thank you very much in advance
Best

Dear Colleagues :
I have to teach a corporate entrepreneurship module where students will not have any preparation time, hence I'd need very short cases (vs classical 20-40 p format) that could be read quickly at beginning of class.
Also, I sometimes wonder how to deal with the practical constraints imposed by paying cases, which my institution can afford, but imply difficulties to distribute electronic copy, to cite in online video, to use when visiting in poorer institutions, etc.
I remember coming across journal that published cases, and wonder if that could be a solution. Or any other solutions ? (open source cases?)
So my questions are:
A) Do you know good sources of short cases?
B) In particular in Entrepreneurship
C) In particular in particular in Corporate Entrepreneurship
D) How do those sources fare on the flexibility on on rights of use (kind of free of rights, beyond a possible initial payment)
