Position: Are you ready to lead the growth of a world class institute at the center of innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability? The Lundquist College of Business is seeking a qualified candidate to direct its Business Innovation Institute, focusing on integrating research and experiential education. Leveraging a world-class interdisciplinary faculty and strong support from the Dean and external stakeholders, the Business Innovation Institute integrates two of the signature centers in the College of Business, the Center for Sustainable Business Practices (CSBP) and the Lundquist Center for Entrepreneurship (LCE). The Managing Director must have proven experience in leading and managing people and proven successful experience as an innovator (but not necessarily as an entrepreneur). The MD must understand and be able to communicate credibly with those in the sustainability space but need not have experience directly in a business explicitly associated with sustainability. We are looking for someone with vision who can leverage existing business relationships and build new ones. We seek candidates who have the ability and commitment to work effectively with faculty, staff and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
