Candidates should have primary teaching and research interests in international business as well as the ability to teach strategy classes. Experience and interest in online education and curricular development in International Business are pluses. We may consider ABD candidates who are within six months of graduation, but only those that demonstrate strong research potential.  Excellent teaching skills are essential: the successful applicant will teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with opportunities to teach in the Executive Programs.  Normal course load is 3/3 (the equivalent of 18 credits per academic year).  Average class size at SJU is 28.  Applicants must show a proven research record.
