Dear management educators,
OBTC 2011 is only a few weeks away! There is still time to register for the
conference. Please visit the registration site at
<https://obtc.org/reg.asp> and make sure you?re included in this year?s
meeting! Some program highlights include:
? Our Bradford Honoree, Sandra Waddock of Boston College, will lead us
in exploring the work of difference makers and intellectual shamans,
suggesting that we all are or can become intellectual shamans through
boundary-spanning work.
? Last years Legacy Honoree, Peter Vaill, will continue the
conversation to inquire more deeply into the nature of "practice."
? A Thursday evening outing to MillerCoors, for a delicious barbeque
from Milwaukee?s best.
? A new series called, ?Conversations with Interesting People?,
featuring Dean Cycon, of Dean?s Beans; Carlos Buhler, mountaineer and
adventurer; Nate Hagens of the Carbon Institute; and Mark Robinson of
Harley ?Davidson.
? Multiple sessions exploring the theme of the conference: Open to the
Possibilities: Self, Students, Community, World.
Please join us in the wonderful city of Milwaukee and beautiful campus of
Marquette University.
Sincerely,
Kathy Kane, Program Coordinator
Bonnie O?Neill, Site Coordinator
