    Hope all is going great at your end. I write to share a few updates from FBR:

    2. OUR NEW ASSOCIATE EDITORS:

    We are pleased to welcome PASCUAL BERRONE (IESE, Spain) and JEREMY SHORT (Texas Tech University, USA) to our editorial team this summer.

    Pascual Berrone (pberrone@iese.edu) is an assistant professor of strategic management at IESE Business School. Originally from Argentina, Dr. Berrone has extensive managerial experience throughout Latin America, Europe, and the United States. His work focuses on corporate governance, executive compensation, family firms, sustainable innovation and corporate social responsibility. His studies have been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Corporate Governance: An international review, and International Journal of Human Resource Management, among others, and he has received several prestigious "best paper" awards. He is the coauthor of the book "Compensation and Organizational Performance: Theory, Research, and Practice".

    Jeremy C. Short (jeremy.short@ttu.edu) is the Jerry S. Rawls Professor of Management at Texas Tech University, and he will join the faculty at the University of Oklahoma at the Rath Chair in Strategic Management in the fall of 2011. His research focuses on multilevel determinants of firm performance, strategic decision processes, entrepreneurship, and research methods. He is currently an Associate Editor for the Journal of Management, and he currently serves on the review board for Journal of Business Venturing and Organizational Research Methods. His research has appeared in a number of journals including the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Organizational Research Methods, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, the Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Learning and Education, the Journal of Management Education, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Health Care Management Review, and Family Business Review.
