    Dear colleagues,

    we are conducting a meta-analysis on the relationship between climate for
    innovation (project team climate, newness climate, innovation support;
    e.g., Amabile et al., 1996; Anderson & West, 1994; West, 1990) and work
    group performance/effectiveness (e.g. Edmondson, 1999; Jehn et al., 1999;
    Hyatt & Ruddy, 1997).

    Having conducted a comprehensive search of the published literature, we are
    now seeking unpublished papers and data (e.g., doctoral dissertations,
    unpublished manuscripts or datasets, in-press papers, conference
    presentations, etc.) that cover these constructs on the work group level. If
    you have conducted research in this field, we would be grateful if you would
    be willing to share this data with us. In particular, we are interested in
    the following information:

    1. Instrument(s) used
    2. Item statistics (i.e., means, standard deviations, reliabilities)
    3. Intercorrelation matrices
    4. Sample size(s)
    5. Any further information we can apply to the study.

    Please send any data, papers, or just the sample information and correlation
    matrix to Christian.Portele@mytum.de. Please let us know whether and how we
    can cite your paper.

    Thank you very much,
    Christian Portele
