    Dear Colleagues,

We are currently conducting a meta-analysis on the relationship between the individual resources of firm founders (e.g., human capital, social capital, psychological capital, etc.) and the performance of their ventures.

Although we have tried to make our literature search as exhaustive as possible, we must have inevitably missed or overlooked several important studies. We therefore would like to kindly ask you to send us any papers that you may have written in the past, and report a relationship between individual (specifically the founder's) resources/characteristics and a measure of firm level performance. Unpublished working papers, book chapters, dissertations, and other difficult to retrieve sources are especially valuable to us.

If at all possible, please include full effect size information, sample characteristics, and an appropriate way to cite this data. Especially a correlation table listing all dependent and independent variables you may have used in your analyses would be most helpful.

In case you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

All the best, and many thanks for your cooperation,
