Reminder of Medical Technology Innovation Symposium.

Join us in London, Ontario for the Ivey Medical Technology Innovation
Symposium (MTI 2011). A two day meeting to explore the business and
management issues related to the commercialization, innovation, and
adoption of medical technologies, organized by the Ivey Entrepreneurship
Cross-Enterprise Leadership Centre and the Ivey Centre for Health
Innovation and Leadership. The program features speakers Lawton Robert
Burns (Wharton), Jeffrey Macher (Georgetown U), and Manuel Trajtenberg (Tel
Aviv U). Expected practitioner speakers include senior level managers and
scientists from Ernst and Young, Robarts, Davol, MaRS Innovation, BDC,
SciSense, LHSC, 3M Healthcare, GE Healthcare, Medtronic, HTX, and the
Conference Board of Canada. MTI 2011 will offer a unique opportunity to:
explore the entrepreneurial and strategic issues related to the
commercialization and management of medical technologies;
network with academic colleagues; and provide a forum for dialogue with
practitioners.
Conference Rate
MTI 2011 will be held at the London Convention Centre. Registration fee
will be $375 (CAD) for both days. The student rate will be $100 for both
days. For overnight stay, the Hilton London has a reserved conference
rates for $119 per night (available to April 1st).

A limited number of bursaries are available for Ph.D. students travelling
more than 100 km to cover travel costs. To apply for the Ph.D.
