The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) will have one or more
tenured/tenure track open rank Strategic Management/Entrepreneurship
faculty positions open for Fall 2011 in the College of Business
Administration (CBA), Managerial Studies Department. The positions rank
is open however, preference will be given to experienced scholars (full,
associate, or senior assistant professors) who can contribute to the
Strategic Management/ Entrepreneurship research and contribute to the MBA
and doctorial programs.
UIC is the largest provider of undergraduate business education in
Chicago, with both an MBA and PhD programs in Business. UIC is a major
research university located on a 160 acre campus near the heart of
Chicagos vibrant business community, about 10 minutes from the downtown
Loop and beautiful Lake Michigan. The CBA is AACSB accredited.
Requirements include an earned doctorate at the time of application,
research publications commensurate with rank, and evidence of teaching
excellence.
