If by "real" options you mean real decisions, as opposed to conjectured ones that are not executed when students analyze a case, then you might be interested in involving your students in a game. If our teaching schedules coincide, you are welcome to have your students join the game, GEO, that I administer over the Internet. The game will establish if your students are truly underconfident.
