Notice of the Founding General Meeting

Australian Entrepreneurship Research Association (AERA)

Notice is hereby given that the Founding General Meeting of AERA will be held at Swinburne University of Technology on February 2, 2011 at 5-6pm for the following purposes:

1. To consider and pass the following resolution which will be proposed as a resolution: 'THAT the articles of incorporation of the Association be accepted.'

2. To elect members of the Interim Executive Committee.

3. To approve the membership fee

4. To consider and approve the change of the Association's name to "Australasian Entrepreneurship Research Association"

5. To accept the Constitution of the Australasian Entrepreneurship Research Association.
