General Question to the Entrepreneurship Ed Community

Hi everyone.  I need your help in answering a quick question about business plan development.  Specifically, it is a two-part, quick answer question about business plans.  Don't need a great deal of details, just some quick, broad answers.

Part #1 -- In round numbers, how degree-granting programs are out there (i.e., programs that offer a formal degree such as a BA, MA or PhD)?  Or how many schools offer a formal entrepreneurship degree (e.g., if they offer a degree at all levels -- BA, MA, etc. -- than the answer would be one for the school and not three, one for each level)

Part #2 -- In degree granting programs/schools only and in percentage, how any of these programs offer a course or have business plan development as part of their curricula.

Why am I asking?  Our program has offered a formal degree in entrepreneurship (BBA in Entrepreneurship) since 1998.  In the last few years and based on a recent curricula change, when a student completes their degree in our program they NEVER have to complete a complete business plan.  Do complete parts but the program does not cover the entire plan.  This change was outside of my control and I am trying to understand how normal/abnormal this is to other entrepreneurship programs.

Again, don't need something specifics, just general feedback.  Thanks in advance.

    Jeff
