The <st1:personname w:st="on">Department of Management</st1:personname> of CUHK focuses on management education and research with specific relevance to the Asia-Pacific region. The Department comprises a team of academics with extensive international experience who engage in a wide range of research projects related to organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, international management and entrepreneurship. Ranked as a world leader in international business research, the Department is a founding member of the Asia Academy of Management, an academic organization that fosters management education and research in the region. To further enhance our international business research, the Department set up the Center for International Business Studies (CIBS) in 2009.
