The Department of Management in the Walker College of Business at
Appalachian State University invites applications for a tenure-track
faculty position in strategic management at the rank of assistant or
associate beginning August 2011. Instructional duties will include
undergraduate courses and may include graduate, online, and/or off-campus
courses. Faculty members are expected to maintain an active program of
scholarship and participate in service activities. Minimal qualifications
include PhD or ABD with degree completion prior to the appointment. A
complete application consisting of an application letter, curriculum vita,
evidence of teaching effectiveness, research accomplishments, and contact
information for three professional references should be sent by mail to:
