    Int'l Conference on Advanced Management Perspectives in <st1:place w:st="on">Asia</st1:place>

     

    15-17 October  2010 ---  <st1:city w:st="on">Suzhou</st1:city>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">China</st1:country-region> (close to <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Shanghai</st1:city></st1:place>)

     

     

    <st1:placename w:st="on">Science</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Park</st1:placetype>:  The conference will occur in one of the major science parks in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">China</st1:country-region></st1:place>.  The science park helps the city to experience a a 15% per capita growth rate per year over the last decade and in 2005 its total GDP contribution was ranked fourth in China, after Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.  Access to the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Science</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Park</st1:placetype></st1:place> and its firms will be included in the conference.

     

    Submitting a Paper:  Papers may be considered for either a competitive track or for a developmental papers for those manuscripts which are less developed.  To submit a paper send the paper to the following addresses:

    Location:  <st1:city w:st="on">Suzhou</st1:city> is an ancient Chinese city that traces its history back to the Chunqiu Period and preserves the unique characteristics of ancient towns in southern <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">China</st1:country-region></st1:place>.  The city is characterized by intersecting canals and alleys, and dark-roofed buildings painted with soft pastels. The city has a rich cultural heritage and is particularly famous for its distinctive architecture including ancient gardens, nine of which have been listed as World Cultural Heritages

     

    Sponsor:   Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) ---  The University is a new form of international university in China in which the instruction is in English and which the education is formulated to be similar to that in the US and Europe.

     

    Closing Date for submissions: extended to 18th July 2010.

     

    Conference Registration Fees: Early bird till 10 August:

    US$200 for overseas faculty

    US$100 for overseas PhD students

     

    Hotel:  Special rate of US$60 a night deluxe room
